"I paired it with a 2 weight 10 foot rod, and casting out to about 45' with a single tungsten bead nymph was fairly easy. Really, like any fly line, you want it to help you cast, not get in the way, and help you fight a fish, and this line does all this very well."

My absolute favourite, is Hanak’s dry fly hook the H130BL, which I think is the best hook on market for dries. Its fine wire is both light and strong handling fish of any size. The deep bend and up turn point also mean less fish lost. All my dries are tied on this hook.
Hanak’s H300BL and H360BL are also my favourite hooks for my Czech nymph patterns. I like the design and shape of these hooks and the quality of them is top notch.
Last but not least you cannot go wrong using Hanak’s jig hooks especially the H450BL. Its wide gape and up turn point gives great fish holding properties and again their quality is consistent and top notch.

About Arron:
Arron Varga has been fishing for 35 years and fly fishing for about 20 of those years. He has represented Canada at World Championships and Commonwealth Championships and competed in several Canadian National Fly Fishing Championships. As part of his competitive fly fishing he has become adept at many competitive techniques including Czech nymphing, French nymphing and loch style stillwater fishing.
