Fish On Ultra Dry Floatant is a 'must-have' for every serious dry fly fisher.
Formulated in the UK by Fish On Productions, from a synergistic blend of incredibly hydrophobic (water-repellent) powders it can be used to revitalise and re-float any dry fly after it becomes waterlogged through prolonged use or after a fish capture.
Whilst suitable for all dry fly patterns, it is especially valuable when using CDC flies.
After every fish capture, first ensure that the fly is free from any fish slime by rinsing thoroughly in water. Remove excess water (by false casting or blotting dry, etc). Then simply work the powder very thoroughly into the dressing using the brush provided. Your fly will then float as new, every time.
